Cancellation Policy

A non-refundable deposit is required to book service. Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled time to ensure you receive your full appointment time. Call LCJ Styles if you are running late for your appointment. If you are 15 minutes or more late to your appointment, the appointment will be cancelled, and you will need to reschedule (NO EXCEPTIONS). You may cancel/reschedule your service(s) within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment.
